Wedding Package

Staff: The staff was 1000% PERFECT!!! They seriously went over and beyond to make sure that everything went according to plan. My favorite part was when they surprised me by the letting me know that the rain was unlikely and moved the guest’s chairs to the gazebo. To say that I was overjoyed would be a drastic understatement to say the least! They also did a fantastic job at protecting me from problematic family members (it’s a long story, I’ll spare the details lol).

Music: The DJ understood the assignment and had everyone dancing the entire time! He was awesome!!!

Food: 12/10! Everything was delicious and was definitely prepared with love!

Cake: On top of it being beautiful, it was the BEST cake I’ve ever had!! People are still calling me to talk about it lol.

For an all-inclusive venue, nothing was compromised. Even down to the wire, everyone remained professional, fun, and efficient. I will ALWAYS recommend them to everyone I know!! I am incredibly satisfied and grateful that I chose them for our venue, and would marry my darling husband 10 more times there if I could!

Rose Hall offers a fabulous wedding and reception package that is all-inclusive and full of services to ensure your day is perfect in every way.

We give you the gift of time. Our package offers an all-day experience.

Our quality, service and value are unmatched!

We only do one wedding per day.

Venue Rental Details

Use of our hair and makeup and bridal suite starting at 9AM on wedding day, a 30 minute ceremony allowance and 3 ½ hour wedding reception. These times cannot be adjusted. You may add 1/2 hour to the reception for additional cost of $350.00.

Our package includes a beautiful wedding ceremony in our gazebo or tree site and a three and 1/2-hour reception in our combination ballroom and outdoor garden reception area.

An additional one hour after the reception will be available to collect personal items. Also, a one-hour wedding rehearsal is included.

Included, Pre-wedding

  •  We provide a large, beautifully decorated, hair and makeup salon.
  • A large, beautifully decorated bridal suite.
  • A large comfortable groom’s room.
  • A gathering area for family members not in wedding party.
  • Complimentary chips and bottled water for the bride and groom rooms.

Included, for the Ceremony

  • We provide a professional and friendly Wedding Planner & Director who will meet with you for consultations.  A wedding planning consultation is done 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding.
  • A one-hour rehearsal is included.
  • Setup up and clean up of ceremony area.
  • A beautiful over-sized gazebo with a gorgeous crystal chandelier or under our huge oak tree or in our gorgeous covered pavilion area.
  • Set up the chairs near the gazebo or pavilion for the ceremony.
  • Eight lanterns with Sheppard’s hooks which line the bridal aisle.
  • Three bathrooms.
  • Large parking area for up to 175 guests.
  • Plan B in case of rain and heaters in cold weather.

Included, for the Reception

  • A large outdoor pavilion covered with 5000 twinkle lights and vines.
  • A stunning 30′ x 45′ wedding tent with crystal chandeliers, fabric swags, pole draping and dance floor area.
  • A spacious indoor ballroom tastefully decorated and equipped with everything needed to cater your reception.
  • 60” round tables and wedding chairs.

The Package Includes Bridal Party Flowers

All bridal floral is custom designed by our in-house floral designer. The package includes many choices of non-premium florals.

  • 1 Bridal Bouquet
  • 1 Maid of Honor Bouquet
  • 3 Bridesmaid Bouquets ($55.00 each additional)
  • 1 Groom Boutonniere
  • 2 Father Boutonnieres
  • 1 Best Man Boutonniere

Upgrades to premium florals are available too! There will be a cost adjustment for the premium floral.

The Package Includes A DJ

The Package includes our experienced and professional in-house DJ for the ceremony and reception.

A wedding DJ is not the same as a party DJ. A wedding DJ must know how to work with a planner and follow a time line along with other key components of a wedding. Includes equipment (not for live music), DJ will play your requested selections, make introductions, play requests and facilitate reception along with wedding director. A wireless mic for the officiant is provided so your guests can hear your vows. We do not allow outside DJ’s.

The Package Includes A Wedding Cake

The package includes a delicious custom wedding cake made by Confection Perfection. The size of the cake will be based on your guest count. Any count over 75 will include a 3-tier wedding cake. Under 75 guests is a 2-tier cake. The package includes many beautiful designs and flavor choices. You may also upgrade your cake outside the package!

  • A tiered wedding cake with butter cream icing for the size of your guest count.
  • Beautiful wood pedestal table with a silver cake stand.
  • Cutting of the wedding and groom’s cake (groom’s cake not included but can be added when you taste your cake).

A tasting for your cake is included in the package.

The Package Includes Catering

Our food is prepared in house the day of your wedding & it’s delicious!

Included is a full catered 3 1/2-hour sit-down dinner buffet wedding reception with a cocktail and appetizer time:

  • A full-service catered buffet reception with 5 servers per 100 guests.
  • We set up the reception areas and provide tables, chairs and floor length white linens.
  • We provide stainless silverware and linen napkins.
  • We provide real glass plates and real glasses served from our buffet stations.
  • We provide beautiful centerpieces on the guest tables – Our signature floral arrangements and candles on mirrors.
  • A sweet heart table for the bride and groom.
  • We provide set-up and decoration of the food buffets using beautiful overlays, candles and other tasteful accents.
  • Complete clean-up of facility after reception.
  • Gratuity is included in our catering price!

Iced tea, lemonade and ice water are served in tasteful containers. Coffee may be added for $2.00/person. During Oct., Nov. and Dec. we will serve complimentary coffee.

Our reception food is freshly prepared and delicious.

The package includes an appetizer table for the cocktail time immediately following the wedding.

Rose Hall Package Pricing

The cost of our All-Inclusive Wedding Package for 100 guests with a Saturday rental is $12925.00. For guests add/subtract $36.75/person. This package pricing includes everything for your wedding except photographer & officiate.

A 7% sales tax will be applied to the catering portion-gratuity is already included.

With a Friday or Sunday rental subtract $700.00 from the package. Except from the second weekend of September through October 31st. There is no Friday/Sunday discount during this time. Or in the off-season dates – the discount is already included in the price.

Payment: A $1000.00 deposit is due at the time of booking to secure the date. The deposit is non-refundable. Another $1000.00 payment is due six months prior to the wedding date. The balance will be due three weeks prior to the wedding date. The final count and menu choices are due four weeks before the wedding. We accept debit/credit cards for deposits and cash or check for the final payment.

Package Pricing Chart- Includes gratuity. A 7% sales tax will be added to catering and floral pricing.

Off-Season dates are Jan and Feb – max count is 60 guests. And March, July and August max count 100. Price for off season is Friday, Saturday or Sunday – $2455.00 discount on rental price.

Upgraded premium bridal party florals. We can create your dream bouquet!

Our Alcohol package. The package may be purchased for $575.00. Package includes a bartender, security, bar set-up and plastic cups. Rose Hall supplies beer, wine or signature drinks at additional cost. Average cost of bar service and alcohol for 100 guests is $1065.00. See our alcohol package for more details.

A Champagne toast for all of your guests with our glass flutes is $190.00

Sparklers for your exit ceremony .70 cents each (no outside sparklers permitted).

Thirty minutes may be added to the reception $350.

Hair and makeup services.

Special lighting package for the dance floor. Available through our DJ. $75

You may bring your own centerpieces, décor or linens (With prior approval).

Services that may be deducted from your package.

You can bring your own wedding cake and we will give you a $2.00/person deduction
