Rose Hall offers a fabulous wedding and reception package that is all-inclusive and full of services to ensure your day is perfect in every way. We give you the gift of time. Our package offers an all day experience. Our quality, service and value are unmatched! Rose Hall offers a beautiful wedding and reception package that is all-inclusive and affordable! We ensure your day is perfect in every way. We only do one wedding per day.

Rose Hall Event Center Venue

Venue Rental & Amenities

Our package includes a beautiful wedding ceremony in our gazebo or tree site and a three and 1/2-hour reception in our combination ballroom and outdoor garden reception area.

Our bridal suite, which includes hair and makeup area, is available at 9am on your wedding day. The remainder of the venue opens 3 hours prior to your wedding start time.

We allow 30-minutes for your ceremony and 3½ hours for your wedding reception. You may add 1/2 hour to the reception for additional cost of $350.00. We've found that these times are a sweet spot so that things don't get too long for guests and yet all have a beautiful and meaningful experience.

A one-hour wedding rehearsal is included. Please collect your personal items within one hour after the reception.

Please note that we do not provide a venue rental only option.

Pre-Wedding

  • We provide a large, beautifully decorated, hair and makeup salon.
  • A large, beautifully decorated bridal suite.

Reception

  • A large outdoor pavilion covered with 5000 twinkle lights and vines.
  • A stunning 30' x 45' wedding tent with crystal chandeliers, fabric swags, pole draping and dance floor area.
  • A spacious indoor ballroom tastefully decorated and equipped with everything needed to cater your reception.
  • 60” round tables and wedding chairs.

Ceremony

  • We provide a professional and friendly Wedding Planner & Director who will meet with you for consultations.  A wedding planning consultation is done 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding.
  • A one-hour rehearsal is included.
  • Setup up and clean up of ceremony area.
  • A beautiful over-sized gazebo with a gorgeous crystal chandelier or under our huge oak tree or in our gorgeous covered pavilion area.
  • Set up the chairs near the gazebo or pavilion for the ceremony.
  • Eight lanterns with Sheppard’s hooks which line the bridal aisle.
  • Three bathrooms.
  • Large parking area for up to 175 guests.
  • Plan B in case of rain and heaters in cold weather.

Floral Design

All bridal floral is custom designed by our in-house floral designer. We include many choices of non-premium florals. Our package includes:

  • 1 Maid of Honor Bouquet

  • 1 Groom Boutonniere
  • 2 Father Boutonnieres

Delicious and Beautiful Wedding Cakes at Rose Hall Event Center

Wedding Cake

Our package includes a delicious, custom wedding cake made by Confection Perfection. The size of the cake will be based on your guest count. For a guest list under 75, your cake will have 2-tiers. A guest list of 75 or more will include a 3-tier wedding cake. The package includes many beautiful designs and flavor choices. You may also upgrade your cake for an additional fee. Our cakes include:
  • A tiered wedding cake with butter cream icing for the size of your guest count.
  • Beautiful wood pedestal table with a silver cake stand.
  • Cutting of the wedding and groom’s cake.
A tasting for your cake is included in the package. The groom’s cake is not included but can be added at your cake tasting.

Catered Sit-Down Dinner Buffet

Our 3 1/2-hour sit-down dinner buffet wedding reception includes an appetizer table for the cocktail time immediately following the wedding. Our food is prepared in-house on the day of your wedding & it’s delicious!

  • A full-service catered buffet reception with 5 servers per 100 guests.
  • Reception area setup with tables, chairs and floor-length white linens.
  • Dinnerware, stainless silverware and linen napkins.
  • Beautiful signature floral centerpieces and candles on mirrors on guest tables.
  • A sweetheart table for the bride and groom.
  • Set-up and decoration of the food buffets using beautiful overlays, candles and other tasteful accents.
  • Complete clean-up of the facilities after reception.
  • Gratuity is included!

Professional DJ at Rose Hall Event Center

Professional DJ

The Package includes our experienced and professional in-house DJ for the ceremony and reception.

A wedding DJ is not the same as a party DJ. A wedding DJ must know how to work with a planner and follow a time line along with other key components of a wedding. Includes equipment (not for live music), DJ will play your requested selections, make introductions, play requests and facilitate reception along with wedding director. A wireless mic for the officiant is provided so your guests can hear your vows. We do not allow outside DJ’s.

PRICING

All-Inclusive Wedding Package Pricing at Rose Hall Event Center

Package Pricing

Please refer to chart below for the total price of an all-inclusive wedding and reception at Rose Hall.

Payment: A $1500.00 deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your date. This deposit is non-refundable. Another $1500.00 payment is due six months prior to the wedding date. The balance will be due three weeks prior to the wedding date. The final count and menu choices are due four weeks before the wedding.

We accept check, cash and debit/credit card for deposits. For the balance we will accept up to a $5000 payment on a credit card. The remaining balance will be made by certified or cashier’s check or cash. When using a credit/debit card, you are responsible for the 3.5% processing fees. The person who is using the card for final payment will also have to sign a no charge back form.

The Package Pricing Chart below includes gratuity. A 7% sales tax will be added to your catering and floral pricing.

PRICE INCLUDES: Rental, Ceremony sites, Reception site, tables, chairs, linens, table décor, catering, wedding cake, bridal party floral, DJ, set up & clean up and day of wedding coordinator and managers.

Note that our package does not include a photographer, officiate or hair and makeup services. We can provide you a vendor list for those services we do not provide.

Package Add-Ons at Rose Hall Event Center

Alcohol Package

Bar service may be purchased for an additional $575.00. This package includes a bartender, security, bar set-up and plastic cups. Rose Hall supplies beer, wine or signature drinks at additional cost. The average cost of bar service and alcohol for 100 guests is $1065.00. See our alcohol package below for more details.

Other Add-Ons

  • A Champagne toast for all of your guests with our glass flutes is $190.00
  • Sparklers for your exit ceremony .70 cents each (no outside sparklers permitted).
  • Thirty minutes may be added to the reception $350.
  • Hair and makeup services.
  • Special lighting package for the dance floor. Available through our DJ. $75
  • You may bring your own centerpieces, décor or linens (with prior approval only).

  • You may bring your own wedding cake and we will give you a $2.00/person deduction.
